Skincare has become a crucial part of our lives today as our precious skin has to bear the brunt of a number of harsh chemicals and pollutants every day. Many a times we unintentionally engage in some activities that sabotage our skin and make us regret our decisions later. Hydration alert!!
Not getting enough hydration results in dry and dull looking skin. It is not just drinking 8 glasses of water but also taking care that you are not over indulging in beverages like alcohol. Drinking a lot of alcohol and sodas dehydrate the skin and hair. You can try to sodas with sparkling water.  The motive is to get better hydration ;)

Hampering Your Beauty Sleep
In today’s fast paced life, we hardly get time to take that good night’s sleep. You should remember that adequate sleep is indispensable for healthy and glowing skin. It is important that you go to bed at the right hour to steer clear of those ugly marks around your eyes or dull skin in general. Having a dirty pillow can make your scalp and skin greasy. Always go for pillowcases made from silk as they help in keeping your hair frizz free and skin ageing at bay.

And yes don’t forget to wash your pillowcases as well as your hair every week!

Applying Make-Up with Those Unclean Makeup Brushes
Wearing makeup with the help of brushes and sponges is a good thing from application point of view. But, using dirty brushes can be an invitation to bacteria that cause infections. So, take care that you don’t use the brushes and sponges over and over without washing. Also, replace them after few months when they look worn out.

Wearing make-up is not a bad thing but applying make-up with those dirty brushes certainly is!!
